Regulations & Company Background
Wyoming Farm Ventures, a Wyoming Limited Liability company, was founded in the United States in September of 2024 and acquired from the former owner, Colventures, 100% of Colkannab`s shares.
ColKannab, was founded in August 2018 and is a licensed producer of cannabis for medical, scientific, and industrial purposes. Our Colombian facilities allow us to best serve the global cannabis market by cultivating crops to meet the world’s strict quality standards.
Colkannab is certified GACP v.2 by SGS for medical cannabis. This is one of the most rigorous global standards for medical cannabis, we are one of the few companies in Latin America to have achieved this certification, , and BPA by Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA), part of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Colombia..
